Selected Research Projects
.
My research brings together a mix of projects and initiatives that use action research and design-led methods to explore how architecture and urban design can respond to the realities of Southern cities. Grounded in Southern urbanism, this work examines questions of spatial justice, informality, and repair, often working closely with communities, practitioners, and institutions.
A central thread is Repairative Architectures, a platform exploring how architectural thinking, making, and representation can contribute to spatial repair. This work is developed through collaborations including CUSP at TU Munich and UCL Urban Lab, and continues to inform both my teaching and my practice.
